The approach to find cooperative and collaborative solutions to problems in a group, to work on different topics or to develop new ideas and to promote innovations ensures the acceptance of a common goal by all involved parties.
In advance, I take over the preparation and organization of the content, guide the team through the process during the workshop and make sure that the participants do not lose sight of the goal. If there is resistance or conflict, I take on the role of arbitrator. The prerequisite for the success of a workshop is that all participants are willing to learn from each other and to meet each other with respect.

As a moderator or trainer, I build on the experiences of the participants, that is, I make suggestions, provide explanatory models, and invite them to try out new behaviors.
